‍Your booking

For bookings made on or after 9 March 2020, you can:

Change your booking: You can change the dates and location of your booking without incurring a change fee.

Cancel your booking: If you decide you no longer want to attend a certain event, you can cancel your booking and we’ll give you a voucher/credit note to the same value for a future booking of your choice.

In the above circumstances, any booking alterations can only be authorised and requested by telephoning our call centre or emailing your account manager. In case of any booking alterations please note that any booking alteration made over 48 hours will be approved and can be made via telephone or email and any alteration made within 48 hours of the event taking place will incur a full fee and not be entitled to a credit note or voucher under any circumstance.

What happens if a physical/in-person event cannot take place due to government restrictions?

In the instance that a physical event cannot take place due to government restrictions of any nature. We will explore the possibility of taking the event virtual, where you will receive a virtual booth and full training. A new in-person event date will be confirmed as soon as possible and will scheduled to take place within 8 weeks, you will be notified by our team of this new date once available and as a standard we will move your original booking to this revised date. Alternatively, you can choose to attend the next relevant event or opt for a credit note/voucher, where you can apply this later to any event on our schedule.

In the instance that a physical event cannot take place due to conditions outside of our control. We will explore the possibility of taking the event virtual, where you will receive a virtual booth and full training. A new in-person event date will be confirmed as soon as possible and will scheduled to take place within 8 weeks, you will be notified by our team of this new date once available and as a standard we will move your original booking to this revised date. Alternatively, you can choose to attend the next relevant event or opt for a credit note/voucher, where you can apply this later to any event on our schedule.In any of the above scenarios a member of staff will reach out and send through your available options.
