The primary responsibilities of the Support Worker role involve supporting residents with their general welfare and housing related tasks, whilst pursuing their social and educational activities. All residents have a detailed Person-Centred Plan which include agreed goals and action plans to assist them in achieving and maintaining independent life skills. Support Workers may also act as a key worker for a group of residents.
