The Support Worker role adapts to the clients needs you are working with as we support a wide range of individuals, but some tasks are listed below: • Supporting clients with meal preparation • Providing personal care duties & use of manual handling equipment where required • Administering medication • Promoting clients health and wellbeing, enabling them to live their life to the full • We are 100% paperless and use BIRDIE & CAREPLANNER app's to enable you to be more efficient in your role and give your clients the care they deserve and give you Job satisfaction.
