Package Benefits:
We know this is both a challenging and rewarding job. For your hard work and commitment, offer an excellent renumeration package. You will have the chance to make a life changing difference to the lives of young people, and so will receive:
Annual Salary: Base salary of £26,000 (40 Hours per week)
Renumeration Package:
£500 welcome bonus (After completing the 6-month probation)
£500 loyalty bonus (After completing 12-months service following a successful probation)
£80 per sleep.
Training: A full 4-week induction as well as specialised training
Holiday: 5.6 Weeks
Progression: Training suited to your needs and interests.
Wellbeing: a host of wellbeing tools and advice including employee assistance

Here's what we're looking for from you:

· If you do not have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, we will fund this professional growth.
· A full UK driving licence which you’ve held for at least 12 months
