As an Examiner you will be involved in the investigation and administration of insolvent estates which includes individuals subject to bankruptcy and companies subject to compulsory liquidation. You will identify, protect and realise assets to enable returns to creditors. You will ensure that those who are responsible for financial wrongdoing are identified, and appropriate enforcement action is taken. You will help those who need it.
