Care Assistant Duties No two days are the same working as a care assistant / support worker, each day is full of new experiences. Your regular duties will include: · Assisting service users and preparing them for the day · Shopping · Helping with washing and personal care · Meal Preparation · Medication support · General care · Routine household and domestic duties As a care assistant you will travel to our service user’s home to provide the care and support needed, therefore a driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential to undertake the role of care assistant.
