The Role:

Hourly Care Assistant

Care assistant / visiting carer £13.50 - £15 per hour, guaranteed hours Full time, part time: Mornings, evenings and weekend availability Are you a compassionate individual looking to make a meaningful impact as a visiting carer, in a warm and supportive environment? If you’re a caring individual with at least three months' care experience then we’d love to speak with you! Your experience could either be in a professional or personal setting such as caring for a loved one. I chose Oxford Aunts as they were recommended to me and they have been a great company to work for“ About you: If you have at least three months of care experience, either professionally or personally, we’d love to hear from you! As an hourly carer, you’ll provide support, companionship, and personal care to clients in Oxfordshire, helping them live independently at home. Duties include personal care, household tasks, supporting mobility, and running errands like shopping or collecting prescriptions. As you will most likely be supporting clients to keep in touch with their community, local knowledge of the area is a plus. We also require you to have: Three months of care experience (paid or personal) Excellent communication skills A driving licence and your own car Good IT skills - all of our systems are online you’ll spend less time writing admin and more time with your client The right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available) Local knowledge is a plus as you’ll help clients stay connected with their community. Please note any successful applicants for this role will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check for working with adults. It is a criminal offence for people who are barred from working in Regulated Activity (under the Safeguarding and Vulnerable groups Act 2006) to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with that particular group.
