The Role:

Practitioners

Hiring for: Residential Childcare Practitioner / Senior Residential Childcare Practitioner

RCP Starting Salary: £33,551 per annum SRCP Starting Salary: £34,812 per annum We are looking for someone who has a passion for working with young people and really want to make a difference to their lives. In return we can provide access to opportunities for development both personally and professionally and progression within the company, as well as training and access to CPD. You will be a positive role model for the young people and encourage them to develop meaningful relationships and attachments, whilst contributing to their development, enabling them to reach their full potential. You may be completing your Level 3 diploma in Children’s and Young People or have experience in childcare or youth setting at a Residential Childcare Support Worker level and an understanding of the challenges young people and carers face within a residential care setting.
