The care worker is part of the caring team responsible provided whatever support is needed including but not limited to the provision of personal care to service users in their own home, in line with their individual agreed care plan and ensuring each service users individuality, culture, social background and independence is respected. Undertake all aspects of your role ensure the core values are demonstrated Attend to the direct care needs of service users in accordance with their care plan, tasks, core details and care call times Provide emotional and spiritual support to residents in accordance to their needs At all times provide a caring service and to treat those with whom they come into contact in a courteous and respectful manner.
